Jalil Rehman serves as President & Chief Executive Officer, UK & Europe. In this role, he is responsible for oversight, strategy and management of CNA’s business operations in the UK and Europe.

Jalil began his insurance career in 1990 as a graduate trainee for Chubb Insurance Company of Europe.

In the course of his career at Chubb, he held a number of managerial and leadership positions including UK and Ireland Claim Manager, European Region Claim Manager, International Claims Manager, President & Chief Executive Officer for Europe, and Executive Vice President and Chief Business Operations Officer, EMEA.

At various times, he had responsibility for claims across Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America, Canada and Bermuda, and for several other functions including Operations, Human Resources, Legal and Compliance, and Information Technology.

After the acquisition of Chubb by ACE in 2016, he successfully led the integration of the two businesses in the EMEA region under the Chubb brand.

Jalil joined CNA in October 2018 as Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer responsible for the Actuarial, Claims, Human Resources, Technology and Risk departments for the UK and Europe.
