Daniel Franzetti serves as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Claim, and is responsible for CNA’s global claim strategies and operations.
Daniel joined CNA in April 2020 with more than 30 years of broad expertise in global claims for the P&C industry. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Claims Officer for QBE North America. Prior to his work at QBE North America, Daniel served in various roles in a 20-year career with Zurich, including leading claim efforts in Australia and New Zealand as the Chief Claims Officer for Zurich Australia Insurance Limited.
Daniel earned his Bachelors of Arts degree from Colgate University, a Masters of Business Administration from Rutgers University-Newark, and a J.D. from New York Law School.
