Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation’s 2018 Corporate Equality Index (CEI)
For the third consecutive year, CNA is proud to have earned a perfect score of 100 percent on the HRC Foundation’s 2018 CEI, the national benchmarking tool on corporate policies and practices pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees. 

Growing Together to Celebrate 100 Years in Business
CNA Canada recently kicked off its celebration of 100 years in business in Canada and announced that the company has partnered with Tree Canada, the country’s leading national tree planting charity, to plant thousands of trees across Canada.

2017 Silver Cradle Award
The Cradle, one of the foremost adoption agencies in the U.S., honored 20 companies — including CNA — with its 2017 Silver Cradle Award. This prestigious award is presented to companies that support their employees by offering generous adoption benefits.

With more than 7,000 employees in approximately 70 offices across the globe, CNA has a longstanding tradition of supporting local nonprofit organizations that work tirelessly to improve the quality of life in our local communities, including organizations that are important to our employees and our customers. CNA also supports the personal generosity of our employees by matching employee contributions to qualified nonprofit organizations – dollar for dollar – up to $5,000 per year.

Employee Volunteerism
Our employees are as passionate about giving their time in support of nonprofit organizations in their communities as they are about building a profitable and successful business. They express this commitment by participating in a wide array of volunteer activities, including charity walks, home renovations and other community service projects.

Environmental Sustainability 
Just as CNA and our employees are committed to helping our customers sustain their businesses, we are equally committed to helping sustain our planet's most important resources. Beyond supporting organizations financially, sustainability takes many forms at CNA, and green practices have been a part of our day-to-day operations for many years. We also have an aggressive "good practice" campaign in CNA offices worldwide, which includes recycling reminders and a variety of energy-efficiency tips.
