Dealer-Owners Celebrate 20 Yrs. of Growth for Palo Verde Holdings

Steady gains demonstrate to shareholders the continued stability of this reinsurance structure

Scottsdale, Ariz.—Along with the end of the millennium, 1999 saw the founding of Palo Verde Insurance Co., Ltd. Since its formation 20 years ago, the dealer-owned NCFC (non-controlled foreign corporation) has achieved nearly $300 million in total assets, which includes the doubling of that number since 2014.
