This offering, which can include Cyber and Media Liability, features worldwide coverage that allows for defense outside the United States and uses a definition of Insured that encompasses independent contractors. Investigation of a potential claim without eroding the limit of insurance or the application of a deductible may be allowed at CNA’s discretion.
We provide protection to your client’s most valuable asset – their workforce. Many classes of business are eligible for our monoline Workers’ Compensation coverage.
Our proprietary CNA Connect® policy offers more than 300 optional coverage endorsements with deductible options, specialized coverage grants and a wide range of limit options for both property and general liability. Policyholders can benefit from the automatic inclusion of a blanket additional insured, an extension up to 60 consecutive days for business personal property in-transit or off-premises at a temporary location, and property enhancements – such as our Technology Super Choice Endorsement – tailored to technology companies.
This program is available to all CNA cyber policyholders, providing them with a network of cybersecurity professionals and services to actively identify, mitigate and respond to their cyber risks.
Our Commercial Auto insurance provides coverage for bodily injury and property damage caused by owned, hired and non-owned vehicles used for business. In addition to our general auto coverages, we offer optional endorsements such as our Drive Other Car coverage for executive officers.
At CNA, we offer umbrella and excess liability insurance solutions that help businesses prepare for worst-case scenarios and respond to market needs. As one of the first domestic insurance carriers to offer an umbrella policy, CNA has more than 50 years of experience underwriting commercial umbrella and excess casualty insurance.
