Insurance for Community Associations
Need more information about managing your business risks?
Since 2001, CNA has underwritten a not-for-profit Directors & Officers Liability and Crime program with exclusive managing general underwriting (MGU) partner Ian H. Graham Insurance, a subsidiary of Aon Affinity Insurance Services.
Our program is endorsed by the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and available to not-for-profit Ian H. Graham community associations, including homeowners associations, condominiums, townhomes, cooperatives, timeshares, master associations and commercial associations.
We take pride in our highly responsive customer service and broad coverage form, which includes property manager coverage, defense breach of contract, Network Risk and Privacy Event Expense coverage, and supplementary coverage like Mediation Credit and Public Relations Event Expense.
