In the article, David discusses the importance of building high-quality D&O insurance towers and evaluating carriers based on factors beyond price, including claims expertise, underwriting discipline and long-term commitment to the market. He notes that while capacity remains plentiful, not all capacity offers the same level of quality and service.

David also shares his perspective on emerging pricing trends, noting that portions of the management liability market are beginning to show modest rate increases after an extended period of soft pricing.
