At CNA, we are committed to advancing a culture of inclusion – one that attracts talent from all walks of life, fosters respect and collaboration, and enables all of our colleagues to do their best work.
OUR EMPLOYEE RESOURCE GROUPS
Our eight Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) foster a sense of belonging and promote continuous learning, networking and collaboration. Membership is open to all CNA employees globally.
CNA’s ERGs:
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at CNA focuses on community involvement efforts to build resilient communities and prepare the next generation. We collaborate across the organization to make an impact in our office, our communities, and our industry.
Our commitment to building resilient communities integrates environmental protection with disaster preparedness, relief, and recovery efforts. We focus on fostering sustainability and equipping communities with the knowledge and resources needed to face emergencies effectively.
Our commitment to preparing the next generation of insurance professionals integrates showing students the industry through immersive experiences and working alongside STEM-based nonprofits. We focus on equipping young people with essential STEM skills and creating opportunities for students to explore the insurance industry.
At CNA, we take pride in giving back to the communities where our employees live and work. We actively support our employees' philanthropic efforts through CNA's Matching Gifts Program, which matches employee donations to eligible 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations dollar-for-dollar, and our CNA Payroll Donation Program. Our employees also make a significant impact by volunteering their time, both individually and as part of their teams.
In 2024, CNA employees made a meaningful contribution to our communities by volunteering more than 16,000 hours worldwide and matching over $690,000 in donations.
