The following defined words shall have the same meaning throughout this policy, whether expressed in the singular or the plural.

Notice: this is a claims made policy. The coverage afforded by this policy is limited to claims first made against the insured during the policy period and reported to the company in accordance with the common conditions, the section entitled duties if there is a claim.

This is an application for a CLAIMS MADE POLICY. Should this application be accepted by the Company, coverage will apply to claims first made against the insured during the policy period.
