As Head of Global Distribution, Troy Mette is responsible for the execution of CNA strategic business plans and alignment of CNA production and profitability objectives. Troy works closely with business unit and distribution leadership to ensure CNA delivers specialized solutions and builds meaningful agent, broker and client relationships across CNA’s global footprint.

After a 20-year career at AIG, Troy joined CNA in 2020 and previously served as Branch Manager within multiple territories – New Mexico, Arkansas, Dallas, Oklahoma, Arizona and California. He has more than 28 years of diversified leadership experience and has led successful teams across sales, operations, claims and underwriting at local and national levels.

Troy earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Northern Arizona University and holds a master’s degree in Business Administration. He lives in Phoenix, AZ with his wife Dena of 32 years and has two married children and four grandchildren.
