As President of Global Middle Market, Song Kim is responsible for the profitability, growth and strategic direction of CNA’s Middle Market business worldwide. Song previously held the role of Global Head of Construction for CNA.

Song joined the firm in 2016 with more than two decades of experience. Prior to joining CNA, Song held multiple leadership roles of increasing scope at Zurich North America. His career has spanned disciplines across underwriting, claim and operations.

Song earned a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida and is a certified Casualty Claim Law Associate.
