Areas of practice
The office handles a wide discipline of cases which include such areas as the defense of malpractice matters such as medical malpractice (nurses, CRNAs, nurse practitioners, dentists, doctors, physical therapists, pharmacists, chiropractors and other healthcare licensed professionals), accountant malpractice, lawyer malpractice, real estate agent/broker malpractice, and design professional malpractice. The office also handles the defense of state board actions brought against a wide range of licensed professionals. The office defends claims involving elder abuse and negligence against all types of aging services facilities. The office handles the defense of Homeowner Associations and Planned Unit Developments of all types, Not-for-Profit organizations and Labor & Employment claims. Other types of matters handled by the office include general tort liability such as automobile claims, products liability, premises liability, defamation, property losses, wrongful death, environmental and construction litigation. The office also handles matters involving workers’ compensation and subrogation. Finally the office handles all State and Federal appeals.
