Scottsdale, Ariz. May 6, 2020 — Recognizing the concerns that many people have during these uncertain times, CNA National is offering a special opportunity for consumers to buy another vehicle service contract (VSC) after their original one expires.

 

Vehicle owners with a CNA National VSC that expires from March 1, 2020, through May 31, 2020, now have an additional 90 days to purchase new coverage after their original contract end date.

 

“One of the founding principles of CNA National is to do right by our customers. We honor that philosophy in all aspects of our business,” said Jeff Weston, chief revenue officer. “This program further demonstrates that commitment by providing a second chance to help guard against the cost of future mechanical repairs, which can be quite costly.”

 

Under the company’s existing Future Contract Guarantee clause, vehicle owners may qualify to purchase a new VSC if their current one has not expired. Because this option is now available for 90 days after the expiration date, customers who lost coverage can regain the valuable benefits it provides.

 

“By increasing the Future Contract Guarantee timeframe, we can help all of our clients—contract holders, dealers and agents alike—as we navigate this difficult situation together,” said Weston.
