Received for the fourth consecutive year in a row, the 100 percent rating recognizes CNA as one of the “Best Places to Work for LGBT Equality” while also earning us a place in the HRC “Buyer’s Guide,” a listing that indicates companies, products and services that support LGBT workplace inclusion.
This score can be attributed, in large part, to Pride@CNA, our Employee Resource Group comprised of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer (LGBTQ) and straight ally employees. Their continuous effort to create a positive and equitable environment continues to foster positive results.
