John Hennessy admits that CNA doesn’t have the biggest footprint in specialty marketing in Canada. Yet. Hennessy, who was appointed President and COO of CNA Canada in August 2014, came here with a mandate to change that.
“I didn’t come to Canada to roller skate. We’re going to grow this business out in a significant way. So launching and developing our specialty capabilities is really job one right now,” he says.
In Canada, Hennessy saw a unique opportunity to essentially build CNA’s specialty business up from scratch. And that excited him.
