Because a little friendly competition makes everything more fun (and more effective!), Chicago Lights has joined forces with CNA Financial Corp. for the 2016 Chicago Charity Challenge—also known as the Chi Cha Cha.
The Challenge creates teams by pairing a local nonprofit (Chicago Lights) with a Chicago-based company (CNA, a top property and casualty insurance company) for a year-long partnership designed to encourage corporations to get involved in the community and build camaraderie among employees while providing a fantastic fundraising and volunteering boost to organizations serving our city.
“We couldn’t be more excited to be part of this healthy competition that will help strengthen the Chicago community we are proud to call our home,” says Brandon Davis, director of public relations and social responsibility for CNA. And Kate Solis Silva, corporate and external relations officer for Chicago Lights, says landing CNA as our partner for the year is, in a word, “amazing.”
