CNA clients may not have access to a property appraisal company who will conduct equipment valuations, building appraisals, and contents appraisals in the proper way at a reasonable cost. The insured pays the cost of an appraisal. CNA clients can benefit from access to a qualified, experienced appraisal firm Asset Valuation Source (AVS) that will do this work at 10% discount off normal costs.
