Jonathan D. Kantor
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
  Jon is responsible for providing legal counsel about company operations, including insurance products and services, as well as legislative and regulatory matters. He also serves as corporate secretary of CNA Financial Corporation.

Before joining CNA in 1994 as group vice president and chief claims counsel, Jon worked at Shea & Gould, a New York City-based national law firm, where he was a partner in the Litigation Department.

Jon is a member of the American Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel.

Jon received a bachelor's degree from Brown University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
