Area Responsibilities

Worldwide Operations provides support in all of these areas through the following activities and departments:

  • Manages centralized policy processing operations through disciplined operations management
  • Manages billing and collections functions to maximize cash flow
  • Provides project support to the business for the purposes of creating operational flexibility

Commercial Lines Insurance Processing Operations:

  • Performs new business quote processing for Middle Market
  • Performs Middle Market renewal processing for branch operations
  • Performs change requests for Small Business and Middle Market lines
  • Responsible for new account setup for Small Business and Middle Market lines

Risk Management and Specialty Processing

  • Provides overall processing of Risk Management and Specialty products

Small Business Service Center

  • Licensed call center staff that services the insured on behalf of the agent
  • Quotes and sells new coverages or additional lines of business
  • Provides coverage counseling, policy change requests and certificates of insurance

Call Center

  • Handles all aspects of insured client service, including phone, e-mail, and chat inquiries; systems navigation and help requests; and billing questions

Billing and Collections

  • Executes and defines billing and collection rules and methods
  • Responsible for accurate cash application, legal collections, regulatory compliance and ledger reconciliation

Premium Audit

  • Determines the actual insurance exposures for an insured’s coverage, based on an examination of the insured’s operations, records and books of account

Insurance Center Operations

Business Solutions Technology
  • Provides application development and data support
Business Solutions Quality & Training
  • Provides quality reviews of policy and endorsement processing
  • Facilitates training for the processing community
