 Along with the loss notice, please fax copies of the relevant policy declaration pages. This will enable us to verify coverage and speed up our acknowledgement process, which will result in a more timely disposition.

To report an after hours or weekend emergency claim that requires immediate attention from an adjuster call: 1-877-262-2727. Explain the need and request immediate contact by an adjuster.
